For the past five years, Woodland Parent Mentors have been making a difference in the lives of our students. Mentors volunteer in classrooms, work with students one-on-one or in small groups, support teachers, and provide an extra source of encouragement and care.
This year we are excited to share that our program is growing and we are inviting YOU to get involved!
The Parent Mentor Program is now not only open to parents, but also to grandparents, community members, caring adults, and anyone interested in exploring a career in education.
As a Parent Mentor, you can:
Make a difference by supporting students and teacher
Build meaningful connections in the community
Grow personally and professionally
Give back to your community
Gain valuable experiences and skills
Explore a career path in education
Sign up today to make this our best year yet!
