What to Know About This Event:
District RNs and Health Assistants from each building will be present to accept medications, discuss health needs for students and accept physicals and vaccination forms.
If you are unable to attend on this day or require additional assistance please call the Summer School Health Office at 847-984-8810 to schedule a time to drop off your student’s medication and forms.
Please bring nonexpired/labeled medications and updated forms (a new form is required every school year)

DID YOU KNOW? Several grade levels require an updated physical and vaccination record for the 2026-2027 school year! Now is a great time to schedule a doctor and dentist appointment for your child. Do not wait! If you do not have the proper documentation on file in the Health Office, your student will be excluded from school.
