8th Grade Promotion Gown order forms have gone home with our 8th grade students!
Promotion for the 2025-2026 school year will take place on May 26th and May 27th and every student is required to wear a gown for the ceremony. Pins and Ribbons are not required - purchase those only if you choose. You are also welcome to use a sibling's gown/borrowed gown if you do not wish to purchase a new one.
If you are NOT purchasing a new gown, ARE USING one from a previous student, and will NOT be purchasing a pin or ribbon, we still kindly ask that you send the form in signed by a guardian & filled out with the name as you want to see it on the certificate.
Gown - $18 (Required)
Pin - $11 (Optional)
Ribbon - $4 (Optional)
You have two options to order:
Fill out the Gown Order Form and send it back to school with your student with cash or check attached
No matter which way you order please make sure to include your students name, with middle initial - the way you want it to appear on their certificate - and also include their height with shoes on.
Even if you choose to use a sibling's gown or if you will not be able to participate in promotion for whatever reason, every student will receive a promotion certificate, so make sure we know how you want the name to appear on that certificate by filling out the form.
Orders are due no later than January 16, 2026.
