Black History Month Art Contest Banner

Woodland District 50 students are invited to get creative and help celebrate Black History Month by participating in the Black History Month Art Contest!

This year’s theme, “A Century of Black History Commemoration,” encourages students to reflect on the people, events, and moments that have shaped Black history and culture over the past 100 years. The contest is open to all Woodland District 50 students in PreK through 8th grade.

Artwork submissions must be turned in to the school office by January 30, 2026. Contest winners will be announced during the Black History Month Celebration on February 7, 2026.
