    Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a research based systems approach to teaching and supporting positive behaviors and meeting the needs of ALL students.  This school-wide approach to behavior expectations focuses on building a safe and positive environment in which all students can learn.​

    Our school culture is built on the common values of being respectful, taking ownership, being accepting and being ready.  The implementation of PBIS in the WMS community will create and sustain a positive learning environment where all students can succeed academically, socially and emotionally.  Through PBIS, we proactively teach, model, and acknowledge behaviors that will create a positive school culture.​
