The Associate Superintendent of Education is responsible for supporting all educational programs and support services of the district including Special Education, Teaching and Learning and Communications Manager. This department oversees district-wide discipline policies and procedures, the Parent/Student Handbook, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, coordinates home/hospital instruction, health services, homeless students and Wildcat Summer Adventures. The Associate Superintendent of Education functions as a community liaison to agencies such as Healthy Communities, Healthy Youth as well as emergency services and crisis management. The Associate Superintendent of Education also serves as the designated District Complaint Manager for students and staff and Records Custodian.
