Welcome to Human Resources!
The Human Resources Department serves the Woodland Community by focusing our efforts on one of the district’s most valuable assets, our employees. We do this through the recruitment, hiring and retention of a diverse, qualified workforce.
Human Resources provides assistance to all district employees. This assistance includes but is not limited to insurance benefits, leave administration, and employee and labor relations. We serve as a resource for work/life and wellness initiatives. In addition, the department gets involved in contract negotiations and strategic planning for the District. We also coordinate educator certification, state and federal compliance and reporting, collective bargaining agreement compliance, and overall support for personnel district employees.
