Welcome to Human Resources!
The Human Resources department serves the Woodland Community by focusing our efforts on one of the district’s most valuable assets, our employees. We do this through the recruitment, hiring and retention of a diverse, qualified workforce.
Human Resources provides assistance to all district employees. This assistance includes but is not limited to insurance benefits, leave administration, and employee and labor relations. We serve as a resource for work/life and wellness initiatives. In addition, the department participates in contract negotiations and strategic planning for the District. We also coordinate educator licensure, state and federal compliance and reporting, collective bargaining agreement compliance, and overall support for district employees.
We know that people are our greatest assets. Consistent with the values of Woodland School District 50, you'll find the human resources staff ready to provide professional customer service and information. We welcome you to visit the information located in this Human Resources section, which includes employment and benefit information. You can reach anyone of our team members via their email or phone number listed.
