New student registration is accepted at the Educational Support Center located at 1105 N. Hunt Club Rd in Gurnee, IL. Please contact us at 847-596-5600 to confirm your address is within our school district boundaries and schedule an appointment. Please note your child’s start date will be 3-4 days after your registration appointment, and all forms and documents required have been submitted.
The registration packet is available here. Please print out the packet and have forms filled out thoroughly before your registration appointment.
Required Registration Documents (required to complete registration):
- Parent/Legal Guardian picture identification
- Proof of Residency (must provide one from Category A and Category B; more info in packet)
- Court documents: Custody or Guardianship (if applicable)
- Child’s state issued birth certificate*
*A passport is acceptable in place of the birth certificate along with a parent’s photo ID to register. The child’s birth certificate is still required to be submitted within 30 days of the registration.
