No personally identifiable information is collected about those who browse our sites for information and login is not required to access the majority of our site features. No contact information for students is ever posted on the district web site. When photographs of staff members and students are posted on the web site, release forms are signed prior to web publication. During the 2004-2005 school year, Woodland School District 50 implemented a secure (SSL) server to provide for the encrypted transmission of data. If you submit information to us via our online Student Registration process or other online processes which collect personal information, the information is transmitted securely to our internal databases. Any private information will only be used for the purposes for which it was provided. (Note: If required by law or legal process, Woodland School District 50 would have to disclose personal information.)

Any other personal data collection, such as surveys or feedback, is strictly limited and is only used for the specifically stated purposes.
