Arbor Management follows government guidelines in our lunch program.  A lunch consists of five components: meat/meat alternative, grains/breads, vegetable, fruit and milk/juice.  This type of lunch is found at ALL grade levels.  A student must choose at least three of the five components to qualify for a complete lunch.  The cost of a complete lunch is $2.00. Items that are listed on the menu are considered part of that day’s lunch.  (Click the Lunch Menus link in the left column for menus.)

The Middle School offers 6-10 entrees (see Daily Specials on menu).  There are also numerous vegetable and fruit choices each day.  This variety enables a student to build a complete lunch, based on their own meat/vegetable/fruit preferences.  Arbor Management also offers a variety of Lite Line selections.  One serving line in each cafeteria is set up to serve only the healthiest of our food choices with more vegetable and fruit choices, light desserts and no french fries.         

There are also many ala carte items each day.  Ala carte items are extra items that are not included on the menu for the day.  Remember To Check the Menu.  All extra items (ala carte) that are not included on the menu for the day must be purchased based on the price list below.  Arbor Management does not restrict individual food items for any student.  Special food considerations will be honored for students with medically necessary dietary restrictions only, accompanied by documentation on file in the Nurse’s Office.

The following ala carte price list should help parents discuss wise food choices and monitor lunch purchases with their Middle School students.

Students in the Middle School are required to have a picture ID.  This ID is required to use the debit card system.  All students must have their student ID or cash to enter the food serving area.  A student using his/her (ID) debit card will have it taken by the cashier when the food service account has a negative balance.  The card will be reinstated when money is added to the account.  There is a convenient drop box for payments in each Middle School cafeteria or pay online through Family Access or the Webstore.  Students can pick up their ID card in the cafeteria office after money has been deposited in their account.  Cards will also be confiscated if they are damaged or defaced.  The student will be required to purchase a new card ($5) through the school office.
